Terms & Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms: By booking a stay at Broadway Palms, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
2. Booking and Payment:
A deposit of 25% of the overall rental rate (rental rate plus cleaning fee) is required at booking. The rest is due at least one week prior to check-in. We accept Zelle, CashApp, Venmo, PayPal, Check, and cash.
3. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made at least 14 days prior to check-in date for a full refund. Cancellations made with 14 days of check-in May result in forfeiture of the deposit. 
4. Check-In/Check-Out:
Check-in time is 3:00 PM, and check-out time is 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request and subject to availability.
5. Use of Property:
Guests are expected to use the property responsibly and adhere to all house rules. Any damage to the property must be reported immediately.
6. Liability:
Broadway Palms is not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or loss of personal belongings during your stay.
7. Amendments:
We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website.
